The story
Vice City Stories takes you back to 1984, two years before GTA Vice City. You play as Victor Vance, a soldier discharged from the army who falls into the trade and builds his empire across the pastel Miami of the eighties.
Without a paycheck and with a brother to look after, Victor strings together jobs until he controls his own territories. The game introduces criminal empire management, a first in the GTA saga.
Released on PSP then ported to PS2, it is the last major episode of the PlayStation 2 era, and the last trip to Vice City before the city returns in GTA 6.
