Open since June 25, on digital stores and at select retailers. The November 19 release is locked.
Two editions available: Standard at 79.99 EUR and Ultimate at 99.99 EUR, on the PlayStation Store, the Microsoft Store and Amazon. Vintage Vice City Pack included for any preorder placed before November 20.
